Ian Willicombe BSc MRICS
Ian has had a wide range of experience working for multi-national and top ten property consultancies. These roles have included agency and land acquisition, and over the past 15 years he has specialised in development management.
Ian’s varied career began in Bournemouth, where he worked as an agent for Goadsby. He also worked in London and Cardiff as a commercial development surveyor, and then became a UK Land Acquisition Manager for Village Leisure Hotels.
Using the wide range of knowledge and experience he had accumulated, Ian then set up Burkes Willicombe. Within this commercial practice, Ian specialised in roadside, leisure and commercial development sectors, working with well-known companies such as Travelodge, Little Chef, OK Diners, Floors to Go and National Tyre Services.
Following on from this experience, Ian made the decision to specialise fully in commercial development. He joined Paul at SCPD in 1999 working with him to deliver solutions to commercial development projects throughout the UK.
Having accumulated this wide range of knowledge and technical experience, Ian brings a broad depth and range of skills to the DPM team, enabling us to undertake projects in all sectors.
