Development Portfolio Management provides a professional development consultancy service. Our wide-ranging experience enables us to service the needs of major UK corporations, private companies, individual land owners, statutory bodies and developers. If you have surplus land, potential development opportunity or if you are affected by the development proposals of others DPM offers a comprehensive range of services tailored to suit the specific project. We are centrally located in Birmingham, and provide our services to all areas of the UK.
Our core team members bring together their knowledge of property, development and finance. We have a combined experience of more than 50 years in the property development business and our two Chartered Surveyors have worked together for more than 25 years. During this time they have been involved in the development of more than 4 million square feet of property throughout the UK, in areas including leisure, retail, residential, industrial/distribution and offices. This vast range of experience is one of DPM's many strengths, and our fresh, forward-thinking approach ensures that our clients’ profits are maximised without compromising on corporate policy or value for money.
With experience working on a vast range of projects across the key property sectors, we use our knowledge and experience of the development process combined with our ability to think outside the box to provide an effective solution which allows the client to decide the best exit strategy to suit its needs.
