the team

The DPM team consists of two Chartered Surveyors (Paul Tolley and Ian Willicombe), a Graduate Surveyor (Kirandeep Mankoo) and a Finance Assistant (Karen Marley).

Before founding DPM in 2005, Paul and Ian managed Standard Commercial Property Developments Ltd (formerly known as Bass Developments). This subsequently became a subsidiary of Mitchells & Butlers PLC in a recent de-merger. Between them they have over 50 years of experience in all sectors of the property market and all areas of the UK.

Kiran has a post graduate qualification in Real Estate and will qualify as a Chartered Surveyor shortly.
