At DPM we understand that each client is different. Our aim is to provide our client's with a service that is tailor-made to meet their needs. In order to achieve this, we undertake an initial audit to assess each project in order to identify the key issues and constraints we then seek to understand the client’s needs so an appropriate strategy can be agreed. As a small organisation we are able to be flexible in the services we provide. In some instances this may only require us to provide a client with a second opinion - on a development appraisal or planning strategy issue, for instance - whilst at the other end of the scale some of our clients require a complete development management service dealing with all matters relating to a project. This includes financial administration as well as dealing with all the property-related aspects.
Land Assembly
The DPM team are highly skilled at assembling complex sites for development particularly as part of urban regeneration projects.
We have extensive experience of working with Local Authorities to assemble development sites, and are able to advise clients who are both pursuing or subject to a Compulsory Purchase Order.
