Kirandeep Mankoo BSc (Hons) PG dip
Kiran initially completed a degree in Business Computing and IT at Aston University in Birmingham. However, her passion for property development led her to complete a postgraduate diploma in Real Estate and Management – a course accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – at the University of Central England. She is now working her way through her Assessment of Professional Competence in order to become a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor.
Kiran is currently an Assistant Development Surveyor at DPM. Her duties include indentifying potential sites for development, researching and visiting these sites, and corresponding with clients regarding potential new projects. As her APC training progresses, her role in DPM will grow, with increased responsibilities and greater project involvement.
