Criterion Arcade
Prior to development, this site in Bournemouth consisted of two elements. The first of these was the Criterion Public House and Ritz Wine, which had a double frontage to Old Christchurch Road. The second was the Criterion Shopping Arcade, located to the rear of the bars and accessed through the shared frontage.

This is a prime retail pitch in the middle of Bournemouth’s busy central retail district, and the site was developed into two 10,000 sq ft multi level units being pre-let to top high street stores Monsoon and TopShop. Both stores opened for trading in time for the crucial Christmas trading period on time and budget. The end value of the completed development was circa £10 million.

Tesco, Chard
Previously a brewery depot this was assembled with four adjacent land holdings to make one six acre site. As part of this site assembly, the Chard Fire Station and the council’s Highway Depot had to be relocated. The site was developed into a 35,000 sq ft supermarket.

Sainsbury, Burton on Trent
This mixed use site was party demolished and used by the Local Authority as a public car park, with the other parts being let to commercial and protected residential tenants. We were able to negotiate the relocation of all tenants and obtained planning consent within 18 months in spite of the complicated nature of the sites tenure.

Bass Headquarters, Burton-upon-Trent
Forming the first phase of the Centrum 100 Business Park this bespoke 60,00ft2 HQ building was start of a new wave of development for the town. Developed on behalf of the site owners it lead the way in terms of specification having a state of the art computer function along with a fully equipped in house restaurant.

Cine UK
Cine UK was the key anchor tenant to phase one of the successful Middleway Park development. The multiscreen cinema attracted additional development of food outlets for Frankie & Bennies, Chicago Rock and KFC.

Middleway Park, Burton-upon-Trent
Middleway Park is an extremely successful Retail and Leisure development close to Burton’s town centre. The site covers approximately thirty acres and has been developed in three phases:
Phase I
This phase consisted of a mix of residential and leisure development including 40 apartments, a cinema, bars and restaurants.
Phase II
An additional 100,000 ft2 of development provided space for more high-profile tenants, including Mecca Bingo, JJB Sports, a 40,000 sq. ft. Matalan store each being pre-let.
Phase III
The final phase was taken up by a 10,000 sq. ft. Dreams bedding store, and a 2,000 sq. ft. Carphone Warehouse again both pre-let.
